Relay for Life
While I normally wouldn’t use my blog to solicit for money, I am participating in Relay for Life on May 31 and think it is a more than worthy cause. Relay for Life is an overnight event designed to raise money for cancer research and to bring together groups of people who’s lives have been touched by cancer. The event usually takes place at a track or fairgrounds and teams take turns walking or running laps to raise money for cancer.
The Wayne County Relay for Life will be held at the Wayne County Fair grounds May 31 – June 1. There will be food, fun activities, and a wonderful group of individuals who feel passionately about finding a cure for cancer.
My life has been touched by cancer many times in the form of friends and family who have been diagnosed with the disease, and it is my goal to raise $300 for Relay for life. If your life has been affected by cancer or you know others who have, I ask you to visit my Relay for Life web page and donate. Even $1 is a wonderful donation.
Thank you to all those who donate!

Fantastic read, I just passed this onto a friend that was doing a little research on that. And he actually decided to buy me lunch simply because I found it for him laugh So allow me to rephrase that: Thank you for lunch!
