I am due for a new phone in February, and after playing with Matt’s smartphone I can’t wait to get one myself. I am a sucker for the fancy touch screen interface and can’t wait to check my email, update facebook, and tweet all from the comfort of my cell phone. However, the video below touches on a few reasons that even if Verizon gets the iPhone, I will not be getting one.

Why didn’t I think of this…
South Park, ever poignant, aired an episode last night in which the internet disappeared. Total chaos ensued when no one was able to check their email or talk on IM. Even the news stations were unable to report any news with the loss of the internet.
